Returns

Should it be necessary for any reason to return a product, please contact our RMA department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and shipping instructions. The returned shipment must be made within thirty days of issued RMA. Claims for shortages or incorrect merchandise shipped must be made within fifteen days of shipment. Prices effective July 2008. Prices in this site supersede all other prices previously published. Prices and specifications are subject to change with out notice. CCX Corp. is not responsible for typographical errors. Warranty

CCX standard of the shelf cables carry a lifetime warranty. All fiber and custom products carry a 1-year warranty. All GBICs and Transceivers carry a 90-day warranty. Warranty starts from the day of purchase. Shall the product be defective CCX will repair or replace the product.
